Bourbon Rosado

Jamer Alberto Cubillos Romero acquired El Triángulo in 2020 and has lived there with his family since. His first move was to plant Bourbon Rosado, a deliberate bet on quality over volume. The farm sits at 1,815 masl in El Placer, Santa María, covering 2 hectares with 9,000 trees alongside fruit trees and a vegetable garden. In the five years since, he's added further varieties and refined each stage of production.

Cuatro Vientos

El Triángulo sells through Cuatro Vientos, the Gonzalez family's exporter based in Huila. Yonatan Gonzalez, third-generation producer and General Manager, runs the operation across three purchasing points in Santa María, Algeciras, and Acevedo, giving them access to two distinct harvest windows across the department. Santa María's main harvest runs June to July.

Washed, Huila

Cherries are handpicked, floated, and fermented in plastic bags or tanks before drying on marquesinas or patios, Cuatro Vientos' standard washed approach, which suits the region's reputation for clean, structured cups. The majority of what they handle is washed, with naturals and special preps produced only on request.
