You do not need to register to use most of this website. Certain areas may only be accessible to registered users.

Use of Website

This website may be used for your own private purposes in accordance with these terms. You may print and download material from this website provided you do not modify or reproduce any content without our prior written consent.

Site Uptime

We take all reasonable measures to ensure this website is available at all times. Occasionally technical issues may result in downtime and we will not be liable if the website is unavailable. Where possible we will give advance notice of planned maintenance.

Shipping

We currently ship within the UK only.

Please allow 1–3 business days for orders to be processed, fulfilled and shipped. Deliveries are made by Royal Mail and arrive between 7am and 7pm. The standard service is intended to arrive within 48 hours of shipment but is not guaranteed and can take up to 7 working days. Royal Mail does not accept delivery notes and we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date or time.

While we do everything possible to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur that are outside our control. Please get in touch if this happens and we'll do our best to help.

Subscriptions

Subscription orders are billed automatically on a recurring monthly basis from the date you sign up. You can cancel or pause your subscription at any time by contacting us at info@liftcoffeelondon.com. Cancellations made after your billing date will take effect from the following month. We reserve the right to substitute coffees of equal or greater value where a selected coffee is unavailable.

Returns

To request a return please email info@liftcoffeelondon.com with your order details.

We accept returns of equipment or faulty goods purchased from our online shop. Items must be returned unused in their original packaging to LIFT, 133 Kensington Church Street, London W8 7LP within 14 days of delivery.

All coffees and special drop products are final sale.

Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process once returned items have been received and inspected. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method. We reserve the right to refuse a return at any time.

Visitor Provided Material

Any material you send or post to this website shall be considered non-proprietary and non-confidential. You must not post material that is unlawful, discriminatory, defamatory, harmful or in breach of any third party rights. We will co-operate fully with any law enforcement authority or court order requiring disclosure of identity or details of anyone posting material in breach of these terms.
